Here's our process for designing merch:
Together, we explore your vision and ideas to kickstart our brainstorming process. We'll gather inspiration and a wide variety of concepts to test in a moodboard that we'll present to you. By viewing a wide spectrum of ideas, we increase our chances of making something great (and increase confidence of what might NOT work). We can start to think about what types of apparel and pieces we want to play with.
We'll review the creatives and moodboard. Time for a quick vibe check to understand the aesthetic we like the most. What's most on-brand? What has room for future extensions? We can begin composing the line plan we want to launch with. This phase is critical to financial planning and scheduling.
Start to focus on the best ideas and polishing until they're something we're both proud of. As we hone in, we can begin drafting creatives around the merch: photoshoots, announcements, messaging, and launch plan.
Our hard work is rewarded when we can order the first prototype samples in-person. We make sure to test the materials, print sizing, and general comfort. After all, if we wouldn't wear it ourselves, we can't sell it to fans. Once we're satisfied, we can discuss pricing and placing a purchase order to prepare for launch.
Almost ready to share! By now, our photoshoots are completed and product photography is ready to go. We regroup to align our PR, marketing strategies, and how we'll announce the launch to your audience. We're available worldwide and help manage fulfillment and customer support.
